The room was clean and good smelling (especially compared to the place where we stayed 1 night before). Had bathtub. Breakfast is from 6:30 to 9:30. It was pretty good, there were cereals, yogurts, oatmeal, toasts, danishes, fruits, waffles, eggs, sausages, hot drinks and juices. They ran out of coffee close to the end of breakfast, but it was fine since we got 1st cup of coffee earlier and came for the 2nd cup that moment. Nice receptionist.

I liked everything about our stay and room. The bed was super comfortable, the appliances were new. The room was very clean and everything functioned well. The staff was kind and responsive. The wifi was very reliable. I didn't use the pool but that was a nice additional amenity.

The staff were so friendly. The room was super clean. The sheets smelled so fresh. I can't climb stairs so they gave me a room downstairs close to the breakfast room. There were lots of food choices for breakfast. I loved the little muffins. I had a wonderful stay.

We like everything about this property…….quiet location, exceptionally thoughtful kind owners, attractive rooms with everything needed, and a full sausage, egg, waffle and everything else breakfast. It’s our regular nesting place when visiting family in Ukiah.

Clean room, comfortable bed, easy check-in. A bonus is the bathroom which is large with a good-sized tub instead of the narrow tub and toilet area with a separate place for the sink like many hotels have now.
